Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure?

Our on-line store is our brochure and features all the information and images we have. If you require further information please contact us.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?

FurnitureTrends use a secure server and a system from Barclays Bank for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system. In fact, the risk of Credit/Debit card fraud is now higher when using your card in a garage or restaurant. We are so confident of our security that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with FurnitureTrends.

How can I place an order?

You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone.

What is the order process?

Simply browse our on line catalogue and click on "Add to Basket" to any items you wish to buy, these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "Go to Checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server. If preferred you can also print the order form and send it to us by fax or post or telephone us on 01562 66633 and place the order over the phone. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with orders via the post. We, as a general rule, try to avoid the use of American Express due to the high charges they pass on to companies like FurnitureTrends. This also helps us keep prices down in the long term.

Do FurnitureTrends' prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices include VAT.

Do FurnitureTrends' prices include delivery?

FurnitureTrends offers free delivery on all orders over £500.00. Order values under this amount incur a small charge of £40.00, details of which can be found when checking out. This is only the case because of rising fuel & transport costs across Europe.

What happens if I cancel my order?

No problem. For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being despatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If your order has already been despatched then you may be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made, a cancellation fee may be charged as a result.

How do your prices compare to others?

Under normal circumstances we firmly believe our prices cannot be beaten. Our aim is to be competitive but fair - after all, we believe the furniture we have selected for you at FurnitureTrends is worth the money.

When will you despatch my order?

The time it takes for a piece of furniture to come in to stock can vary widely from manufacturer to manufacturer. Once we receive an item into our warehouse it is quality checked and re-packaged for onward transportation and usually despatched within 3 working days.

When will my goods arrive?

Most of our smaller items can be sent via a courier and can take up to 48 hrs for delivery once despatched. Some of our very large furniture will be sent via a specialist delivery service and depending upon your location this can take up to 10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

What is your returns policy?
